This workout was tough but fun! I actually recorded it over a month ago, but with summer in full bloom I finally decided to edit and publish it. Do all couples sit around and think up random workouts to do? I hope so because that’s what my hubby and I did in this case and and I think it to something pretty awesome (and super exhausting).

– Go up 7 flights of stairs
– Jump rope for 50 reps
– Do 10 pushups
– Run back downstairs
Repeat 3 times and do it under 15 minutes.Of course, one doesn’t need a seven story building to do this. You could go up and down your steps at home for 7 rounds then do the rest.
