If you can barely remember what you declared as a New Year’s Resolution (especially if it was a fitness resolution), I get it.
I personally had to go back to my list for a major refresher. It was only 6 months ago where we were all on this kick about changing in our lives, and it was actually important for one reason or another. It meant something. And it probably still does. By the way, this doesn’t just apply to resolutions.
