Teyana Taylor gave us ALL of the reasons to be in the gym at the VMA’s last night. It was only last year that I was talking about J. Lo and her booty at the Grammy’s. Now, our bodies have a new thing to aspire to be.
Apparently, Miss Taylor is spreading LIES that she eats whatever she wants and is barely working out. (No proof that these are lies – perhaps I’m just hating?) A body like that just can’t come about from lack of effort. Maybe it does…but let’s assume it’s not that easy (because you probably wouldn’t be reading and I probably wouldn’t have a blog, right?)
While she doesn’t necessarily spend hours at the gym each day, or eat rabbit food, I do think that there are some things in her life that completely contribute to her having the body she has. Some of these things are doable for us pure mortals – some are not. Either way, here are 10 reasons why I think Teyana Tayor is fit.
