Being sick absolutely sucks. I’m specifically talking colds here. I mean, other forms of sickness suck too, but me and colds go back like a bad ex.
I go through phases where it seems like I constantly have a cold. I hate it, especially when it comes to staying fit and working out. You’re miserable, tired, stuck in bed, whining for someone to take care of you…everything sucks. There is really one things you can do at this point to not let Sick completely take you down and sabotage all your health goals:
Get over it as quickly as possible
Fortunately, I haven’t been sick in a long time. Serious kudos to me. My immune system is usually pathetic!
BUT, I want to write about the type of thing I need to hear when I am sick, because you or I may need this in the near future (hopefully not soon for me, seeing how I just completely insulted my immune system.)
