Edit: This post was based on my earlier SweshFit model of creating workouts for every month and mainly sits here for the sake of nostalgia, and for seeing how my site has transformed. If you’re looking to create a product or site, it’s another example of how an idea evolves over time.
I have been making some changes to the monthly workouts and I really think you’re going to like this latest one.
Since February, I’ve been creating monthly workouts and I’ve gone through a nice little evolution with a timeline that looks something like this:
- February: I started with full body 15 minute workouts that changed on a daily basis. This has remained a constant until today.
- June: I introduced themes and every week had a different muscle-based focus (legs, arms, etc)
- July: I made the themes a little more fun and introduced another element that focuses on things that can be going on in everyday life. July focused on summer and August focused on back-to-school.
You may wonder, why are you doing all of this? Why the changes? Well, it all comes down to figuring out what works for you guys and what works for me.
